Live on this page

Try it yourself, right here.

Upload any PDF, such as a policy, a contract or a manual, and ask it a question. It runs on the same retrieval engine we build into client systems.

Your file is processed in memory and deleted straight away. We don't store it and we don't train on it. The demo is built in Python and FastAPI, with vectors held in memory for a single request, which is the same stack we would use for you.

The same engine powers the assistants we build for clients, connected to their own systems, permissions and data. Book a call →

AI built to run in production

Building an AI demo is quick. Building AI that a business can rely on every day, inside its existing systems, security and compliance rules, takes enterprise engineering.

Every AI system we deliver is designed around the three issues that cause most AI projects to fail.

  1. 01

    Every answer shows its source

Our systems point to the exact document and paragraph behind each answer, so your team can check it in seconds.

  2. 02

It knows when to hand over

When there is no reliable answer, the system says so and passes the question to a person.

  3. 03

    It respects your permissions

Access rules are checked every time documents are retrieved, so people only get answers from content they are allowed to see. This is what makes AI workable in regulated industries.

These standards are built into everything we deliver, from internal assistants to AI features inside customer-facing products.

A senior architect on every project

The architect who scopes your project stays on it and reviews the code every week. You always know who is responsible and how to reach them.

You own everything from day one

Your repository, your cloud account, your API keys, your data. If you stop working with us tomorrow, another team can pick it up on Monday.

Working software every two weeks

Every second Friday you get a link to the latest build and a short note on what changed. You see progress in the software itself.

We are a software company that builds AI into systems people rely on.

The difference usually shows up around month three.

A typical AI prototype works well in a demo. Then it has to connect to your ERP, handle 400 users at once, follow your permission rules and pass an audit, and that is where many of these projects stall.

Our background is in enterprise systems that have to stay up, stay secure and pass audits. We build the AI inside that kind of foundation.

We will also tell you when the answer is not AI.

About a third of the "we need AI" enquiries we receive are better solved with a well-designed form, a scheduled report or a simple set of rules. Those cost around a quarter as much and never make things up. We tell you on the first call, before you have paid anything.

Your project costs less because of how we build it

We use AI tools in our own engineering every day. It lets each engineer deliver far more, and you see that in the quote.

Where AI does the work

Boilerplate code, test generation, database migration scripts, converting old code, documentation, first-pass code review, mapping data between systems.

Where humans do the work

Architecture, security, anything touching money or personal data, the final review of every line that ships, and every conversation with you.

What that means for you

Faster first versions and fewer billable hours. Senior engineers review all of the work, so quality goes up while the cost comes down.

What it does not mean

We don't generate your product and send it over. Every change is reviewed, tested and owned by a named engineer. Production code that nobody has reviewed leads to systems nobody understands.

How we build with AI →

What we do

We build the application, the integrations and the AI inside it. Choose the parts you need.

  • AI Development

Assistants trained on your own documents, AI agents that finish a task end to end, document reading and extraction.

  • AI for Your Existing Product

Your customers are asking what your AI story is. We add it into your product, in your stack, under your brand.

  • Custom Software Development

Software built around how your business actually works, instead of forcing your business into someone else's product.

  • Web & Mobile Applications

Customer portals, internal tools, marketplaces, and iOS and Android apps, built to handle real users and real load.

  • Cloud, DevOps & Support

Move to Azure or AWS, reduce your hosting bill, and set up monitoring that warns you before your customers notice a problem.

  • Dedicated Teams & White-Label

Senior developers who join your team on a monthly basis. Agencies can also use them under their own brand.

Need something that isn't listed? Ask us. If it isn't something we do well, we will tell you and suggest someone who does.

What we have built

  • Kiora: An HR assistant that cannot leak your salary data

Kiora uses three separate agents. One knows company policy, one can look up an employee's own records, and an orchestrator decides which of them may answer. The policy agent has never had access to personal data, so the design itself makes a leak impossible.

    .NET · pgvector · OpenAI · React

  • Nisthora: Live OEE from the machines a plant already has

An IIoT platform for manufacturers. An edge agent in the plant reads the machines over OPC UA, Modbus, Siemens S7, EtherNet/IP or MQTT, and Nisthora shows live OEE for every machine, line and plant. Operators log each stop with one tap as it happens, so the recorded reason is accurate.

    Python · FastAPI · TimescaleDB · OPC UA · Modbus · MQTT · React · React Native

  • ShiftNote AI: An hour of paperwork turned into two minutes

A care worker speaks for sixty seconds at the end of a visit, and the app returns a structured, compliant record stamped with time and location. It works without signal and syncs later, since care workers are often in places with no coverage.

    React Native · Python · Speech-to-text · GPS

  • Sourcora: The buying job nobody wants to do

Sourcora sends an RFQ to every supplier on the list, reads the replies in whatever format they arrive, and puts price, lead time and terms side by side in one table. Anything it is unsure about is flagged for a person to check.

Python · LLM extraction · PostgreSQL

How a project works with us

  1. 1

    Free 30-minute call

You explain the problem and we ask questions. You leave with a rough idea of scope, timeline and cost, whether or not you hire us.

  2. 2

    Proposal within 48 hours

A written scope, a fixed price or monthly rate, a delivery date and a clear list of what is not included. It's usually two pages, in plain English.

  3. 3

    Two-week pilot

We build the first real piece of the system, so after two weeks you have working software and a clear basis for the full engagement.

  4. 4

Build, with a release every two weeks

You get working software every second Friday, a short written update and a shared board you can check at any time.

  5. 5

    Launch and after

We deploy the system, monitor it and fix anything that breaks. After that you choose a full handover or a monthly support plan, agreed in writing before we start.

Three promises we put in the contract

  • Evidence before commitment

Every engagement starts with a two-week pilot on real requirements. You keep everything built, and commit to the full programme with working software in hand.

  • Your code, your accounts, your keys

Everything is built in your GitHub and deployed to your cloud with your credentials, so you are never locked in to us.

  • Fixed price means fixed price

If we quote a fixed scope and our estimate turns out to be wrong, we absorb the difference. Scope changes are quoted separately, and you approve them before we start.

Common questions

How is a project priced?

Every engagement is priced on its scope. After a 30-minute call you receive a written proposal within 48 hours, with a fixed price or monthly rate, a timeline and a clear list of what is included.

Where are you, and does the time zone matter?

We are based in India and work 9:00 to 19:00 IST, which covers UK mornings and most of the European day. For US clients we keep a fixed window from 18:30 to 20:30 IST, which is 9:00 to 11:00 in New York.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week, and sometimes the next day if the scope is clear.

Will I be talking to a salesperson?

No. Your first call is with a senior architect who would lead your project.

What if I don't know what I need yet?

That is the most common reason people call us. Working out what to build is half of a good project, so bring the problem and we will help shape the spec.
