How is a project priced?
Every engagement is priced on its scope, so we don't publish fixed prices. After a 30-minute call you receive a written proposal within 48 hours, with a fixed price or monthly rate, a timeline and a clear list of what is included. We offer fixed-price, time-and-materials and dedicated-team models.
Where is the work done?
Our delivery centre is in India, with working hours that overlap the UK, Europe and the US. Projects are led by senior architects and delivered in English to international standards, which gives clients enterprise-grade engineering at a highly competitive cost.
How do we start working together?
Most clients start with a two-week pilot. You get working software built on your real requirements, keep all of the code, and decide on the full engagement with evidence in hand.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The GitHub organisation, cloud account and licences are all yours, and the contract says so.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any detailed conversation. Just ask.
Will the AI make things up?
Any language model can. We reduce the risk by letting it answer only from your documents, making it show its source and having it decline when it has nothing to point to. We also measure accuracy against a fixed set of questions and show you the score before launch.
Does our data get used to train models?
No. The enterprise API tiers we use do not train on your data. If you need more assurance, we can run models inside your own cloud or on your own servers.
What about time zones?
We work 9:00 to 19:00 IST, which covers UK mornings and most of the European day. For US clients we keep a fixed daily window from 18:30 to 20:30 IST, which is 09:00 to 11:00 in New York and 06:00 to 08:00 in California.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. We start with a paid two-day review and give you an honest written assessment. Sometimes that includes the conclusion that starting again is cheaper than fixing it.
What happens if my requirements change?
Requirements almost always change. We quote the change, you approve it in writing and we update the plan. Nothing is built or billed without your approval.
Do you work with startups as well as large enterprises?
Yes. We work with startups building their first product, growing businesses replacing manual work, and enterprises modernising core systems or adding AI. The engagement model and governance scale with you, from a focused first release to a multi-team programme.
Can you help me work out what to build?
Yes. That is a large part of what a good architect does, so bring the problem and we will help shape the spec.
How do I pay you?
We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or INR. Fixed-price projects are paid against milestones you approve, and monthly engagements are invoiced at the start of each month.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us early. Every engagement has regular reviews and milestone sign-off, so concerns are raised and resolved quickly, and you never pay far ahead of the work delivered.
