What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to understand how the site is used.

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), what you are trying to build, and your budget range.
• Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by country, and device and browser type, collected only after you accept analytics cookies.
• The live AI demo: any document you upload and the question you ask.

The AI demo, specifically

Documents uploaded to the demo are processed in memory and deleted as soon as your session ends. They are never stored, never used to train any model, and never shared.

We keep the text of questions asked, with no document attached and no identifying information, so we can see what visitors want the demo to do. Nothing in that log can be traced back to you or to a document.

Why we process it

To reply to your enquiry, to provide the demo you asked for, and to improve the site. Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors, and we never sell your data to anyone.

• Resend: sends the email generated by the contact form.
• Google Analytics: site analytics, loaded only after you accept.
• Microsoft Clarity: session analytics, loaded only after you accept.
• Calendly: used only if you choose to book a call.
• Our model provider: processes demo questions on enterprise tiers, which do not train on submitted data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation you started. Analytics: 14 months. Demo uploads: deleted at the end of the session.

Where it is stored

Enquiry data is held in India and the EU. Analytics data is held by the providers named above under their own terms.

Your rights

Under the UK and EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time.
