Add senior developers to your team, month by month
Hiring takes three months and a recruiter fee, and sometimes you need someone next week.
How it works
You tell us the skills and level you need, and we send two or three profiles within a week. You interview them yourself, because we never place someone you haven't spoken to. Once they start, they join your stand-ups, use your tools and board, and report to your lead.
You manage the work. We handle employment, equipment, backup cover and replacement if someone isn't the right fit.
Roles available
Full-time, part-time and shared arrangements are available, from 20 hours a week. Rates are quoted per role.
| Role | Experience |
|---|---|
| Developer | 3 to 5 years |
| Senior developer | 6 to 10 years |
| AI and ML engineer | Production RAG and agent systems |
| Solution architect or tech lead | 10+ years, enterprise scale |
| QA engineer | Manual and automation |
| DevOps engineer | Azure, AWS and Kubernetes |
| UI/UX designer | Product and enterprise UX |
What we promise
The person you interview is the person you get
If we ever replace someone without your agreement, you can end the contract immediately.
Real overlap with your day
At least four hours of overlap with your working day, every day. For US clients we keep an evening window in IST.
One month's notice, either way
There are no twelve-month lock-ins.
Free replacement
If someone isn't right in the first month, we replace them and you don't pay for the new person's ramp-up.

Not sure yet what you need?
Book a 30-minute call with a senior architect and tell us about the problem. We will explain what it would take to build, roughly what it would cost and whether custom software is the right answer at all.
