An AI assistant that knows your company
Most company chatbots fail for the same reason. They know a lot about the world and very little about the business, so they impress people for a week and then nobody opens them again.
Our assistants work from your documents, data and rules, and each one takes over a specific job your team currently does by hand.
What it looks like when it works
A staff member types an ordinary question. The assistant answers in a sentence or two and shows the exact document and paragraph it used. If there is no good source, it says so and offers to raise a ticket with a person instead.
That last behaviour is what earns people's trust. A system that always has an answer can't be relied on.

How we build it

Understand your documents
Where they are stored, what condition they are in and who is allowed to see what. This step usually decides whether the project works.

Chunk and embed
Documents are split by section. Cheaper implementations split by character count, which is why their answers often come out strange.

Retrieve with permissions applied
The search only ever returns documents that particular user could already open.

Answer with sources
Every answer carries a link back to the paragraph it used.

Measure it
We build a test set of real questions with correct answers and share the score with you before go-live.

Put it where people already are
Teams, Slack, your own portal, WhatsApp or your product, so nobody has to log into a separate tool to ask a question.
