Every engagement is led by a senior architect who scopes the work, reviews the code and stays accountable until the system is live.
How we work
The architect you meet on the first call stays on your project. They shape the scope, make the key technical decisions and review the work every week, so there is always one senior person who knows your system end to end.
We plan capacity before we sign. If we cannot staff a project properly from day one, we will tell you when it can start rather than stretch a team across too much work.
Delivery happens in two-week cycles, with working software at the end of each one. You see real progress in the product itself.
Our product: Nisthora
Alongside client delivery, we build and operate Nisthora, our industrial IoT platform, which runs on factory floors every day. Operating a production platform means monitoring, updates, support and running costs are part of our normal work.
The same operational practices go into every system we deliver for clients.
What we believe
Raise problems early
If your timeline is unrealistic, your budget doesn't match your scope, or you don't need AI at all, we will say so on the first call.
Working software over status reports
You should be able to try something new every two weeks. If you can't, something is wrong, whatever the report says.
You can always leave
Your code, your cloud and your accounts stay yours. If you ever want to move to another team, it should take a week. We want clients who stay because the work is good.
Senior people on every project
Experienced engineers make the decisions that matter, and AI tooling handles the repetitive work. You get senior judgement without paying for a large headcount.

Where we are
Our delivery centre is in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. We work 9:00 to 19:00 IST and keep a fixed evening window for US clients. Our clients are in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and India.
