What we build with, and why
We go deep on a focused set of technologies rather than claiming to do everything. If your project needs something outside our strengths, we will tell you.
The stack, and the reasoning
AI
Azure AI Foundry and Semantic Kernel for enterprise work that has to stay inside a company's own cloud. The OpenAI API when speed matters, and LangChain where it fits. PostgreSQL with pgvector for retrieval. Open-weight models on your own hardware when the data cannot leave the building.
Backend
.NET Core and C# are our core strength and the right choice for most business-critical systems. Python and FastAPI for AI and data work, and Node.js where a team already uses it.
Frontend
Angular for large applications with lots of forms and business rules. React and Next.js for product interfaces and public-facing sites. Vue where a client already has it, and TypeScript throughout.
Mobile
React Native by default, giving one codebase for both app stores. Flutter when the design needs heavily customised UI.
Cloud and infrastructure
Microsoft Azure and AWS, with Docker for everything. Kubernetes once the scale justifies it. Nginx, Let's Encrypt, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for pipelines.
Data and monitoring
PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis, with Power BI for reporting. We run Grafana, Prometheus and Loki in production every day, so we recommend them from direct experience.
A note on technology choices
The right stack is usually a proven one that your team can hire for. If you ask for something fashionable that will be hard to maintain in two years, we will tell you.

Not sure yet what you need?
Book a 30-minute call with a senior architect and tell us about the problem. We will explain what it would take to build, roughly what it would cost and whether custom software is the right answer at all.
